Everything you need to know is right here on our Events page. We continuously update the speakers and session titles/times. (The dates of the conference remain firm).
However, we do have a Facebook group devoted to the conference. We share all kinds of information in that group, including airport ride coordination when we get closer to the event.
Honestly, we recommend against renting a car. Driving in historic Savannah is painful dodging all of the tourists. Not to mention, parking at the hotel is about $30/day.
We recommend you take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel. It should be less than $30 each way. Once you get to the hotel, we either provide transportation, or we walk everywhere.
LOL, not at our conferences! We are one big happy family and even first time attendees feel the love right off the bat. You will be “one of us” by the end of the first day.
f you can stay at the host hotel, we highly encourage you to do so to enhance your conference experience.

Many, many people say this is their favorite conference because we work very hard to bring in high caliber speakers who are there to deliver actionable take aways that you can implement right away. But admittedly, people attend our conferences as much for the fun & camaraderie, as they do for the content. I won’t deny that we spend some late nights together. Networking is really when you learn the most, so we justify our evening events as a necessary part of learning.
We were 3 short of selling out last year, and expect to sell out this year. Our vision is to always keep the QDS conference small. We limit registration to 100 people. We could go larger, but we don’t want to because then we’d be just like any other conference.
We have ONE hour dedicated to the use of QDS out of all of our sessions. So, no, you absolutely will not feel left out if you don’t use QDS.
Of course, our hope is you will see that QDS is such a valuable software you will decide to sign up!
The registration price is a little higher for non-QDS users, but that is only to show the love to our subscribers. It is not a requirement to attend our conference.
It really depends on your preference. Do you want to arrive just before the conference starts, and leave right after it ends? If so, arrive early afternoon on Thursday, Feb. 20th and plan on leaving on Sunday, Feb. 23rd.
If you want to soak in all of the touristy group activities, arrive by Tuesday, Feb 18th (evening is fine). Or even arriving early on Wednesday, Feb 19th will allow time to join in on the trolley tours, etc. As far as when to fly out, if you are a partier and plan to join us for the after party, don’t leave too early on Sunday, Feb. 23rd.
The host hotel for the 2020 QDS Conference is The Brice in Savannah, GA. We sold out of the group rate rooms really early due to overwhelming response, but it is possible that you may still be able to get a room at the host hotel. Please call the hotel, (912) 238-1200, and ask for Logan or Nara. They may be able to help you get the group rate.
