**NOTE: Up until Nov 1st, cancellations can be made with only a $50 administrative fee subtracted. November 1st – January 31st, cancellations will be refunded at 50% of purchase price. After January 31st, no refunds will be given. All hotel cancellations are the responsibility of the attendee. Quality Driven is in no way associated with the host hotel, other than renting space.
